Stovky v\u00fdskumov dokladaj\u00fa, \u017ee m\u00e1 pr\u00edroda neoby\u010dajn\u00fa schopnos\u0165 zni\u017eova\u0165 n\u00e1\u0161 stres a&nbsp;vy\u010disti\u0165 n\u00e1m hlavu. Vedci pri experimentoch napr\u00edklad analyzovali vzorky krvi \u013eud\u00ed pred pobytom a&nbsp;po&nbsp;n\u00e1vrate z&nbsp;pr\u00edrody.
